Canadians: ever have troubles receiving a wire form sedo?

Its the strangest thing. I've been paid in the past from sedo and escrow.com using certain wire info and now the wires are not going through at sedo. this has happened twice now. I also noticed there is no place to put the branch number or institute number in their payment details form.

I provided them with everything they want on their payment details page but it comes back as 'no account exists'...

what do you put as your account number? just the account number? or do you include the 'designation number' or do you include the 'institute number'?

I've received one (out of one) wire from SEDO - and possibly 4-5 from Escrow.com with no prob - at CIBC in Canada - if you have difficulty with transit and institution I think you can resolve that by including those details with the account number 12345-123-1234567 (I THINK!)
