Cannot enter Domain Optimizer in SedoPro section

For the past 24 hours I cannot enter the Domain Optimizer under the SedoPro menu.

I get this error:

A database error occured. (6)

Issue still remains. I cannot use the Optimizer.

I just tried it and was able to switch into it using FF on a Mac.

Login > Domain Manager > Domain Optimizer.

Opening a ticket with Sedo is pointless, it's already EOB in the UK.
