moniker Can't Fund Account, No Response From Moniker

I have been trying to renew some domain with Moniker for 2 weeks now and nothing works. The renewal invoice is generated but my credit card it not charged. The address in my profile matches the credit card. I tried different cards but they do not work either. I tried sending funds through a bank transfer but the funds are have not been credited to my account - must need a manual assignment on their end.

I called support, but they do not pick up. I emailed support but they have not responded. I don't know what else to do. Anyone have a better contact method? Frustrated.

Fifth call to support finally got through. Account just needed to be "updated". Resolved in 30 seconds. What a headache.

I could never figure it out either. I had to fund it via Paypal.
