Heya

I'm a canadian with a big ego as to my 'nose' for domains. Feel free to humble me lol.
I own
2007canadagames.com

glossaries.ca
ccTLDs.ca

seocanada.org
viralsem.com
montrealseo.ca (my seo blog :D)
canadianseo.ca (recognize!!)

hirebloggers.com
blogflipping.com

siteflip.biz (my site + domain flipping blog)

and some other goodies.

I'd love to meet other canadians doing this and anyone happy to share their knowledge. I've also had some nice SEO success, so if anyone's looking for a quick answer (pm me), or to hire someone for pro work, let me know (also pm me, or email bookworm.seo at gmail).

love to hear of any cool canadian domains you guys have :).

:welcome: here! You'll find lots of canadian people in this forum. Enjoy dnf…

Hey Bookworm - welcome and yes, be prepared to be knocked down a peg - all of us new travelers have been to some degree or another. Take the lessons learned, improve, and then move on.

.ca has a huge future ahead of it - so have fun!

A nose for spending money perhaps but not domains. Put the ego aside and start asking questions as to what makes a great domain and what is useless. See what sells quickly and what doesn't and try to figure out why. Ask if you can't.

Most newbies register 100's of useless domains before they finally start asking basic questions.

Welcome to a fellow Canadian, but those names are all pretty bad. I wish people would be a little more humble about things, especially when they have nothing at all to brag about.

Welcome fellow Canuck, I got a couple of .ca domains:

trilobyte.ca
Go2010.ca

I've downsized my .ca collection and concentrating on .coms, many with a CDN flavour ie:

CanadaWINS.com
SeaCanada.com
WinterCanada.com

Forgive my ignorance but what is SEO?
PS. big egos only raise hackles in others. Lao Tzu suggests you take the low ground.

SEO = Search Engine Optimization.

I hope he did better with SEO than he did choosing domains...

Prepare to get your ego pummeled a bit :cheeky:

hirebloggers.com has potential though, IMHO.
