I built http://CapeCodLeague.com several years ago as an information and fan site to follow the nationally known Cape Cod Baseball League that is made up of college baseball talent.
I also own CapeLeague.com and CapeLeagueBaseball.com.
The official site of the League is http://CapeCodBaseball.org . I don't think there are any TM issues and I have never been contacted by anyone claiming the domains.
This site is crying to be developed as a fan and statistics site. It's fun to watch all the pitching scouts sitting behind home plate. Every time a pitch is thrown, a half dozen radar guns pop up to check the speed of each pitch.
If you ever come to Cape Cod in the summer, you should try to catch a game.
I will sell the site and three domains for $1500.
