ok, since no one has said anything, I'll take a go at it.

I personally do NOT believe in the .in extension outside of its current market.
That is, I do not believe that .in will ever be a pseudo gTLD
I know many people , and people that I respect disagree with me, but other than certain keywords, I do not believe the .in extension will have a future other than domains that are relative to the Indian market.
Career.in? Thats a winner.
careertalk... even as a gTLD (other than .com of course, or maybe .net), no, I dont think it has any value.

as all .IN domains has zero value without development.
I bought a few .IN names myself and believe they have a potential, but developed only.
