I was working of some projects and needed a name for one of them and thought of 'car jamming' and looked it up and found it available and got it.
I then researched why it had so many hits and saw that it was a song name.
I looked it up on uspto.gov and saw 'car jamming' was not trademarked.
Am I going to have problems with making this into a website for my project? - which is a car audio / visual special effects system - hardware - not a song!
Values on the name if it is ok to use?
