Hello. Thanks for drawing this thread to my attention. We will be looking into this. Can I please just ask that people stop sending mails to me about this if they are not one of the parties involved. This just makes an already awkward situation more confusing and does nothing to help any of the three parties. Suggestions as to how we should go about this from a business point of view are not helpful either. We are a professional business, and we have procedures which we follow.

Please do not ask for updates, or ask for details on what action we are taking, as they shall not be forthcoming. From now on our dealings will now involve the buyer, seller, and the former owner.
