Until now the extent of my ccTLD collection has been .us domains (since I live in the US) but I've been thinking of expanding onto other markets.

If the ccTLD is available to me though Moniker - would I be able to register these ccTLDs without fear of losing them (generics, non-TM domains etc..)?

I don't want to get intot he specific ccTLDs at this time - maybe there is a list of ccTLDs that are "open" to anyone somewhere?

Edit: Also - is Moniker's availability accurate with cTLDs? I see some interesting ones that are available and I'm shocked they're not taken (like if I saw that FishAndChips.co.uk was available).

Of course FishAndChips.co.uk is not available.
Check each ccTLD domain at it's own registry whois.

Eurodns has a good search function with 'open to anyone indicator', but dont have experience with Moniker, yet.

Btw, dvdrip, murphy's law of being a smartass.
