a lot of geo .biz names have gone in the low to mid X,XXX but those were mostly state or country geos. Reseller for this I'd put at low XXX, end user mid to high XXX, which is consistent with historical city .biz names like this

I would say $500 for this one. the .biz makes it a little hard to convert but familiar enough to work with an audience. Would have to do some work to find someone willing to develop it but some potential there. Wait it out.
