I wanted to know that if i bought a domain like (celeb-name)sucks.com, will i run into trouble ?

I do not believe you will run in to trouble so as long as you are not selling anything on it...ie a fan site (or lack there of... fan site). Now the celebs lawyer may try to pressure you though.
