Good question. A number of months ago Cheatemon was an established cheat website. It used to use its own custom coded cms with quite a large database of cheat codes. However I had not the time to keep it running, so I took it offline.

Many month later it is still recieving hundreds of visitors per day. Its quite possible that if someone were to place a cheat website up there now in a matter of days/weeks the website would be recieving thousands of visitors per day again.
