Hey im looking for an appraisial of my website CheatGenius.co.uk
It has a completely custom CMS and a new version recently created: currently on test server (www.semtotest.com).
The website currently generates $3k per month using this months average stats, revenue was much higher last month at $6k, however i lost some google search terms that caused me to lose a lot of my traffic, i had no hold over this and hoping for it to bounce back. But i would like an appraisial incase it doesnt.
The website itself has been online since Jan 1st 2003, and has had $20k profit months (Xmas 2k4).
It currently recieves from 10-15k unqiues per day, and 2.25 impressions per user on average (google analytics).
I have had an offer of $50,000 for this but i think this is very undervalued.... just looking for apprasials
