closed Chicago related domain!

Hi All

Recently purchased.........

ChicagoTitleInsurance.com

As I now am going local, with my domain searches.

The name has been parked @ Sedo for a few days, and is getting small traffic.
What is interesting, is that the $ per click is up to $0.30!

I also had purchased "ChicagoAutoRepair.com" and listed it at SEDO as well, this domain was sold via SEDO within 60 days!

Both names were acquired at regg fee!


Any appraisal values or opinions would be appreciated.
