Chinese words to mean anything come in pairs. But it does appear to mean "town" apparantly not city in Japanese. Has 3,000 overture. so should be a decent one anyways.
Nice.
The word "街" is the same in Traditional and Simplified Chinese.
But it's hard to receive some type in.
As Sarcle say "Chinese words to mean anything come in pairs."
It is strange, on Google I see Chinese results and on Yahoo it is Japanese. Can someone explain that? So Sarcle, I think you were still right, seems the word is in Chinese and Japanese.
街 is street in both chinese (jie/gai) and japanese (gai) - i checked the domain 2 days ago, it doesn't mean much to a chinese speaker, but should be worth quite a bit to the Japanese market.
