Would make a good info site, and it has some affiliate and adsense potential for immigration related advertising.
Not sure whether there are any legal or trademark implications of owning something like this though (government office). Maybe someone can opine on that aspect.

The best value is in development. As-is, to a reseller probably a mid XX to low XXX name.
