Please appraise my latest acquisition.

ChristianLyrics.com

It will soon be developed, but would like some "Professional Opinions".

The OVT w/ext is 384

i think 20-25$

Times that by at least 10 IMO. Christian music is very big, and obviously it's the lyrics that make the genre. Low-Mid xxx at the moment, but very nice for development. Overture results are very encouraging. I will keep an eye on this one

definately worth high $XXX to low $XXXX undeveloped.
There is a huge market for this.
OVT terms (without extension) are absolutely great.
Even with ext.

really so much? i thought it was just a simple domain!

£200-£500 I think

Just to update, in the first 24 hours, it has received 328 uniques and earned $xx.xx at Sedo. Any other appraisals are welcome, based on this new information.

cogeek - a name with that much OVT w/ ext is worth a heck of a lot more than $20

I was going to say $2000-$3000 at first, but with the new reported earnings I would change my appraisal to $5000-$7000

Just a question, did you register it?

I was just wondering if good names like this were still out on the market :)

I was not fortunate enough to register it. These days, it would be difficult to find quality names with traffic available for registration, but I'm sure it's occured.

I appreciate all of the feedback. I primarily wanted to make sure that I didn't overpay, but after seeing the results from Sedo, I know I didn't.
