I've been offered $400 for the domain chx.net. Is that reasonable?

The Chicago Stock Exchange is at chx.com.

I don't really want to hold onto it for a long time thinking I can eventually sell it at a higher price, but I don't want to get lowballed, either.

That is about the going rate I've noticed for LLL.net domains. Although you probably could get a hundred or two more for it IMO. I would counter with that and see what happens - if they don't bite then I would go ahead an accept the original offer.

BTW - it is one of the better LLL.net domains I've seen as far a letter combos are concerned.
