Can you sell cigarattes across state lines in the US? I thought that was prohibited much like wine (with the exception of some states that have special agreements on wine sales) because of the state tax issues involved.

don't know. but most of my friends buy their cigarettes online now due to the recent tax increases. In any case i would just sell through an affiliate program so they would handle it.
