well without looking into it, I wouldnt' have grabbed it up. But then again, I grab them on brandability not necessarily alot of research. Citi... I don't know. I wouldn't be interested in it.
I'm also somewhat of a newbie and I'm learning that you buy names that are more... well general. Meaning you could sell them to a number or customers, not just one customer with that name. Like an Ebay auction, if there is only one buyer interested, the price never goes up.
