Has the range been specified?

By the request it looks like the $100k+ thread but placed in the $1-$100 by mistake? There are only a couple hundred cities in the US with populations over 100,000 and I'd say the market price of an example city such as SanFrancisco.com would be $15m to $20m based on it's annual revenue quoted before at $2m a year I think? What do I know though huh?
