I'm a newbie so I'm not qualified to appraise that name, but I just want to point out that in London the financial district is known as 'the city'. I don't know if you're aware already of that but I can imagine that for a London recruitment agency it would be an awesome name.

Great name, I think this would be the ideal domain for a city car hire company or something along those lines. As to value, I'd say low $x,xxx reseller prices..
