Took up the offer a few years ago for cheap domains with www.clarence.com
2 years later the time has come up for renewal even though I have sent multiple emails to say I dont want the domains to be renewed and phoned all over the place the domains have been renewed :veryangry:
the telephone number on the clarence.com website does not work and they dont respond to emails either
so through the whois managed to get a number to speak to someone who gave me another number for marketing department who then told me to go to register.it direct.
ring them and getting no where does not help when one does not speak Italian so then get told to email them multiple emails later and nothing back.
So it looks like at some point I am going to get a big bill for a load of domains I dont want my advice is avoid the 2 companys.
