I was thinking that the value of the domain does not only come from the keywords but the fact that the first two letters of Clean Credit also make up the extension. Furthermore the extension (.cc) is usually thought of as credit card.

So there is a whole finance/credit theme underlying the domain.

Any other thoughts about this? I am just wondering if it would be worth selling or should I go ahead and develop it.

Regardless a dot com is always going to be worth more than the dot cc version, ecspecially undeveloped.
