For Sale clone of ultsearch?

It seems somebody is trying to build a clone of ULT system. Maybe not worth our attention now, but who knows... they are using the same melbourne-it registrar, recently grabbed some domains with good links (casinotowers.com) and their website www.findjunction.com looks like exactly like ultsearch...

Yup I know them they are trying very hard to clone.... unfortunately they need alot more of traffic.
