Wondering what you guys think, worth selling or?

not sure how you get 51,000,000 google search results, i have Results 1 - 10 of about 48,100,000 for close chat.
and
Results 1 - 10 of about 35,700 for "close chat".

i think $650 is a very very generous offer, and i think closechat.com it self has a reg fee value...i would sell it now if i were you. but my knowledge about domain names are very limited..so let see what other people think..

MikeK, if you cant appraciate someones input, then dont ask for it. I think his post was quite detailed and helpful.

If all your looking for is what you want to hear, then you made a wrong turn somewhere.

If I were you, I would accept the offer. But thats just me. If you feel its worth a lot more, counter the person. Let them know you are a developer, make them think that without forking up more money its going to be IMPOSSIBLE for them to get their hands on the domain.

Simply too lazy to screen cap the image stats for google is all, nothing i said in my post other than the valuable input part, which annoyed me, not because of what he said, but because it forced me to go screen cap something and post it

Anyway, yeah i do think it's worth more, maybe developed though

kwok, i got the bid from a client that was interested in one of my domains, portuguesechat.net , price was too high for him so i offered closechat as a second best...still talking it over, not at all in a rush to sell this one though so if i feel i wont be sleeping well after the sale, with a tinnnny doubt in my mind, i wont let it go through.

It is a two word domain, you can only get accurate search results by placing quotes around the name, i.e "close chat" as was illustrated above. I also think $650 is very generous for this name.
