This is my second thread, after my first appraisel thread i got a few offers coming in and i am not really used to selling domains, so i wondered if you guys could help me decide if i should sell it and at what price i should sell it for or if i should keep it.

if you think a new technology is just a fad, then sell to the best offer while it's still hot.

if you think cloud tech will be around a long time (like I do), then be more selective and it won't hurt to wait a little.

'cheap' after a keyword I've seen used for other sites, NetCheap.com comes to mind. Its a good domain for someone offering cloud services at a discount, or low prices, which a lot of people would be looking for. I can easily see it selling for a low to mid four figure amount.
