i thought the "Y" tied to two words together and made it more catchy and easier to say than cloudshack but Ive been wrong before.

I think CloudShack.com is more memorable then CloudyShack.com and you accomplish the same thing.

I think it could end up having TM problems from radioshack down the road. If I was developing a cloud related site I wouldn't use the name because of that. There are lots of other cloud names without a hint of a chance at causing problems.
