I closed down a medical negligence law site about three years ago and could never bring myself to sell the domains:

cmni.co.uk
cmni.org

there's a few remaining backlinks on the .org but the site is long gone. I'm never going to open up the site again as I'm in kids media now (check out my signature!) so they'll have to go.
