Hi can i have an appraisal on the following, they are grouped together directing to one site:

Bypasser.be
Atschool.be
Last month, January the site recieved 12223 unique visitors from all around the globe, this is a very fast growing site, at the beginning of january it had visitors of around 400 a day, now it has risen to over 1k visitors a day. It supports adsense in both its frame and main page. Im basically only selling it because i need the money from it fast, i dont have time to wait for adsense revenue.

Proxy.org, Bypassit.be, Bypasser.be, Atschool.be all listed (bypassit.net is not of yet as it is the newest domain to the collection) Proxy.org is a huge resource for many other proxy directorys, resulting in ever increasing traffic.
