CollegeTips.com

  • Revenue: Approx: $300 / month
  • 51,228 Absolute Uniques (Past 31 days)
  • PR 5
  • 100+ pages of unique content
  • Ranks well for niche college terms (College Party, College Parties)
Not looking to sell, just looking for an appraisal.

Thanks

Work on monetizing the site - you should be earning more with that much traffic.

$5k-10k based on you're having 51,228 unique, $300/mo income. otherwise, the domain alone would only cost $1000

According to the stats you tell us I'm thinking a value of $10k to $15k

15k - you should try monetizing it better

Exactly, try to get a 2nd dm oz link. Or more Yahoo listings. Find the few relevant trusted links. Add more content from an objective p.o.v. Good luck
