.com.ar domain transfer ...how does it work ?

Can anyone tell me how does the trsfr work...is it like .com or is there any paperwork to be signed ....would appreciate if someone could detail out the transfer process for the argentinian domain names.

Transfer of .com.ar are performed in NIC.AR, in order to do that you must have a administrative contact with an address in Argentina. Transfer can be done via online or via FAX. You can do this in link Transferir Dominio (of nic.ar).
