According to Verisign's Zone file, .COM domain name registrations have reached an all time high of 115 million.
.com added over 600,000 domain name registrations in less than 2 months.
As of March 31, 2014 Verisign reported that there were 113.2 million registered .com domains.
Therefore, .com added 1.8 million domains from the time the new gTLD program rolled out.
If all the free new gTLDs registrations are not taken into consideration, it would mean that .com is growing at the same rate as all new gTLDs combined together.
