Received an medium-low offer from an end user with a strong interest. Says won't pay more than his 'fair price'. So what is a fair price? Specifically, what do you think is (1) a reseller price and (2) an end-user price?

Thanks,
Will

The end user gets more out of a name cause he pays more attention to that site, but the reason I have so many is mostly for the traffic and for search engines, so I'm not just a "reseller" only, but I try to dev my sites at least a little. But to sell to a guy hw really wants it versus a reseller who will turn around and resell it again to another... This is crazy, sell to the the guy... I hope I'm giving you the right advise.

But I would counter offer him and try to get as much as posiable from it

Hi Joseph,

There is only one buyer (offer'er) - the end user guy, versus keeping the domain. I'd like to gauge both valuations cos negotiation is tricky (as I've learnt before) and this guy's stance seems to be 'fair or no sale'.

Thanks,
Will

Will, what sort of money are you talking about? You'd then get a lot more input to this thread I think...

Hi aZooZa,

Yes, I agree, but I don't want to go into the offer or buyer's details. I guess that's why people use $xxx for three figures, etc. And I'd like to get an idea on a reseller value without people knowing figures.

Thanks,
Will

Members, commissionit.com - I plead for figures.

I am respoding to the offer tomorrow and (1) a reseller price and/or (2) an end-user price would be helpful to me. (Assume the domain use is along the lines of IT services and brokerage, with 'commission-anything' as a secondary meaning.)

Thanks,
Will (temporal)
