I'm selling ComputerSoftwareDownloads.net to fund current projects and also lack of time. It uses Wordpress 2.02 as the backend and is basically a simple blog about the latest computer software downloads. Currently, it's a Google PR4 with all backlinks being natural - many of the inner pages are PR3. Traffic and revenue are minimal as I have not marketed the site. Domain is registered at GoDaddy, free push to your account.
