closed Conservative domin + site

How much do you think the domain and website http://www.ConservativePulse.com could go for?

Has a few dozen very loyal posters on the message boards, traffic (including the message boards, which is more than half) runs to only about 18,000 pageviews a month.

Would include all content, etc, etc.

Just curious. Site has been online and active since Feb. of 2003.

Neat, site. nice design. PR4, but only 1 backlink.
The forums appear to be the real value here.
I would guesstimate between $600-$1k.
