and it has an ovt of 17310

this is a big difference.

OVT results will taper off. the show took place in January in LV. as it does every year. OVT results are from January?

from what i understand there is only one "Consumer Electronics Show" and that is the one that takes place in LV every January.

please note they have had the TM in use since 1967

further if you build a site listing all consumer electronic shows you would be causing confusion which violates a trademark law.

if you can prove that the majority of people do not associate term "consumer electronics show" with ces then you would have rights to using this name, however i do not think this would be the case.

lastly values for names like this are based on traffic.
does this dot net generate enough traffic to pay for its reg fee?
