Short answer: yes you can.
But in many extensions including .info country names are protected (reserved).
Have a look at the case of newzealand.com for example: http://www.wipo.int/amc/en/domains/decisions/html/2002/d2002-0754.html
It's official, the Queen of England is a reverse hijacker
Now if you own a valuable domain, it will likely be coveted by other people so the likelihood of a reverse hijacking attempt against it are higher. A LLL.com is clearly a valuable domain
