closed Crappola.com "Fun" Domain Values? Please Advise...

Is there any inherent value in "fun" domains? Sorry, I don't know of any other way of asking the question. Names that might sound a little naughty maybe, but not quite. Here are some examples of "fun" domains that I have registered, but don't have any specific developments in mind as of yet:
gnads.com
crappola.com
casabas.com
ghuck.com

I rarely register a domain that isn't destined for development at some point but every now and then I'll get one just because I like the name and it's available. I have a feeling I know the answer to this already, but thought I'd run it past the pros.

Any specific suggestions for development would be greatly appreciated.

BTW - Does anyone know of a site for wouldbe development partnerships? There's lots of singles sites, classmates sites,... I'd like to be able to discuss possible revenue sharing partnerships, and I'm not talking about your standard "affiliate program" stuff.
