I would like to upgrade the design and style of a site I'm doing to give it "a clean, fresh look" - I would like to give the color a transparent look, with "rounded edges" o boxes and especially at the top navigation. Here are some examples of what I'm talking about:

http://www.webposition.com/default.asp
https://www.name.com/index.html

See how clean it is, with rounded edges?

Please tell me, is this done only with style sheets, or si this a combination of grapgics & css?

Tks,

Try clicking your mouse in the top left corner of the page, and while holding down, drag towards the lower right corner.
You will see what are images and what's html.

Yes, the "round corners" are usually just graphics, and you don't need any CSS to do that.
