I want to start my own brand of clothing and sell it on the net, and eventually migrate it to real stores.

I am thinking about doing something like what this guy is doing here==>

http://www.dickfitzwellwear.com/

Does anyone know of a company that can do custom apparel manufacturing like this --AND will handle fulfillment?

Only one I know of is Cafe Press- albeit more a clothes and product customization service. They have an existing line of apparel (limited) and other products that you customize with your logo/artwork and they take care of the ordering process and fulfillment.

They have a base rate and you set your own prices - the difference between your price and the base is your profit. You can also order in bulk from your own shop at the base rate if, for example, you wanted to supply brick-and-mortar shops. Not the cheapest, but convenient if you do not want to spend money on inventory, etc.

PS You're welcome to use my affiliate link if you sign up

Cafe Press is a good one with the downside that their products are iron on digital transfers and not real screens..

Cafepress.com and 99Dogs.com are similar as far as this concerned. Your best bet however in terms of profitability is to buy in bulk and find someone locally to this. If you don't want the headaches of shipping order processing, than the above two options are best.
