closed DeliveryPizza.net vs LocalPizza.org Which has a higher potential value?

DeliveryPizza.net vs LocalPizza.org

I am wanting some help in determing which of these two has a higher potential value.

I can see the differences in the stats and the TLDs that have been regged on them both but the one is a .net and the other a .org.

proper terms are: "pizza delivery", not delivery pizza

and

"local pizzerias", not local pizza

imo, first one is okay but really not great and second worth nothing =]
