There is no button to quote the message. You have to manually copy & paste the text.

It should have a feature like phpbb does where you can highlight the text on the page & click "quote selected". I love that feature.

Actually no - just click on Quick Reply and then tick the box under Options > Quote message in reply?
 
Aslo- if you click the REPLY button INSIDE another member post, it works the same as the old QUOTE button!
