I need some opinions of value for these two individually.

No, they are not for sale.

As well as prices, I'd also appreciate ideas for usage to add to mine.

well i'm a right wing republican myself, but any politics related domains with .us extension are the best kind of .us you can have IMO.

I would say try to sell it to the dnc. it would be difficult to make money off of them through development, other then renting them out to candidates

Both are good names. First one can be used in many ways. Second one only works for us politics.

Exceptionally nice name.
Unfortunately not to much interest in politics among masses, so
I guess this is one of rare cases where resale value have (much)more weight than developing.

I would think Democrats.us especially could fetch 10K or more

Due to the size of the market, democrats.us has to be one of the great names in that extension. I would use it for party information and cash in on the traffic with patriotic merchandise and suitable affiliates. Would not even consider selling it for many years. When .us is widely known it could turn out to be a great investment. Democrat.info doesn't have quite the same power but still worth having.

I think the ".us" has the best marketing potiential,especially
during a voter registration drive.Easy to advertise on billboards,
t-shirts and campaign banners.

The .info is more useful if targeted to the educational aspect,
where once you get traffic to .us, direct to info,for further background information on the respective political parties.

You only have to direct part of them to the site, right?

This is the actual interest in September:

11029 democrats
11458 republicans (a-ha)
32510 politics
25464 election

Even if you succeed in marketing then what?

Selling caps, flags and t-shirts?

I still think the name is much, much more worthful in the hands of
interested political institution.
