Hi Jon,
Since you have made good on this, I have retracted my comments in other threads. I would not have made
any comments had you remained in touch with me and replied to PM's sent over past couple of days --which were ignored ...although I saw posts by you in other threads.

When you post sold in this thread i sent you a PM straight away asking you to send the money to my paypal email and to PM me with your namecheap ID so i could push the domains - I held up my end of the deal. I then waited a few days and got a PM from you asking what was going on. You told me that you had sent your namecheap ID in the *notes* section of paypal. I did not know this as i do not use my paypal email address for emails. You wern't to know this so it is not your fult. I did however ask you to PM me your namecheap ID. If you PMed me with your namecheap ID in time, i would have been able to push the 3 domains over to you without any problems.
Just for the sake of argument:
You were quick on the original PM, but there was no mention of the domain expiring within that day or two (which probably could not have been avoided in any case). Your receiving payment and not realizing that I put my information in the payment notes is fine, but the fact that you received payment and not a separate PM or email should've made you check or ask --in my opinion.
I do not see how i have ripped you off. As it was not my fult you did not PM me in time before the domain expired.
I did believe you when you told me you did not realize this domain was expiring so soon, but it is not my fault either. As I mentioned, there was no note that is was expiring soon and that there was an urgency to get the information in time. Hinging on exact wording is a little trite.
I have replyed to every PM that you have sent me, apart from one that you sent friday which i have only just got. Please do not make it out that i have ripped you off.
You have been active in the forum since I sent that PM and I made posts in this thread prior to that also with no response. I believe I sent you a PM when I made those posts as well. To me, the lack of response + not having what I paid for = getting ripped off.
However, I do now acknowledge that you made good with a paypal refund plus I acknowledge that I currently also have the two other domains (with no incoming links or primary value to me without the .com --other than the fact that I already paid to have the renewed).
I personally do not think that a full refund is in order, as you still got the .net, .org, the website files and the forums database. And it was not my fult that you did not PM me in time with your namecheap ID. However to save alot of hasstle i am going to send the $20 back to you.
As I posted several days ago in this very thread, I was willing to push the other two domains back to you, but I expected to receive the .com and transferred them away from namecheap within three days --costing me $16. Now, it seems a little unfair for me to be stuck with a $16 renewal bill, no .com, and send you back these two. If you change your mind and insist, then we can discuss.
I hope you enjoy the website.
As you know, the domain was not salvageable and the website/forum wasn't worth trying to save due to being so new. I agree that keeping the domain names doesn't entitle me to a full refund, but I have made an investment in them --which makes it a bit sticky. As I said, we can discuss if you feel entitled to them or something for the .com.
Although I viewed the $20 as payment for the .com, the .net and .org may be arguably worth something as well (even if only prorated reg-free). So, we can discuss a partial payment for them, I suppose.
Regards,
Wesley
p.s. I will now check your PM's to me
