Excellent site RJ. I would love to buy it myself but so busy now what with moving all my domains from OpenSRS to GoDaddy and also migrating my sites to a new RAQ Server I won't have the time for it now. It's easily worth your asking price from what I can tell.

The script is a commercial system available at www.prophp.com It can handle many thousands of users. The limit would be on your hosting or server capabilities. I would guestimate that somewhere between 10,000 to 20,000 users you would want to get your own dedicated server, but the membership fees you collect would more than pay for that.
