DEVCAN.COM - http://www.devcan.com - Entertainment Portal
Devcan.com is quite a large 6+ months old PR4 entertainment portal which provides close to 7000 free flash games, funny videos, pictures, jokes, wallpapers, myspace resources as well as free services such as free hosting, free e-mail, free image hosting and more. The site currently receives around 5000-10000 unique visitors and up to 25.000 pageviews a day. I did a few things to promote the site when I first launched it such as directory submissions, sponsored links etc. however I have done no promotion in the last 2-3 months. The traffic is generated through direct visits, search engines, forums posts, links, signatures, forum posts, hosted sites and word of mouth. Links from my sites pointing to devcan.com will remain intact for at least a period of 2 months or till I sell the sites. Detailed traffic stats are available below ;

Devcan.com uses around 3 - 4 GB space and 30-40 GB bandwidth per month. Free hosting section is run by an old version of HomeFree and email section runs on Hivemail. Flash games section is powered by GSS. The video section is forwarded to one of my other sites however devcan.com also has its' own video section at http://www.devcan.com/videos/index.php . All scripts that come with the site have advanced admin panels to manage users, ads, stats, accounts etc. Devcan.com currently has 500 free hosting members and around 100 email users. The new owner can decide what to do with the free services provided.
The site currently generates around $4-$7 a day via adsense without any optimization. I am sure it could go higher with better ad placement. Also note that we do not display any ads on hosted sites or email section which can generate additional income if the buyer decides to place ads on these parts. You can also make additional income by selling links and other ads spots. Serious parties can request proof of adsense revenue stats via PM.
Looking for offers over $1000 with BIN set at $1500. One month of hosting will be included with the site free of charge. Further hosting can be arranged if required. You can move the site to your own server as you like. I will try to provide you assistance during the transfer process if needed. Domain is registered at NameCheap and come with a free push.
