B2Arcade.com if run on phparcade script, with $xxx of custom mods. The Custom mods include the adult gallery, and jokes section each come with there own seperat admin section, also a news mod which is built into phparcadescript im currently not using it as i have the rss feed from davesdaily. Its a custom design, (note: its currently on entermynews.com but i will be shutting that site down and forwarding the domain to freeshit.co.uk)

I made the site to sell, since i need the money for my new site in development (freeshit.co.uk)

I have spend over $600 developing this site.

- has not already been transferred in the previous 12 months; and
- was purchased more than 30 days in the past.

b2arcade.com was licensed in May 31st, therefore cannot be transferred to a new owner until June 30th.

jdk ... I just wanted the current and new owner know that the license cannot be transferred to the new owner until June 30th. Meaning even if he sells it right now, they can't put in a transfer request for the license until June 30th and also that it then cannot be transferred again for 12 months.

Also JDK according to your theory, The "purcahser" would be pretty much just be giving money to the seller,

Because if it can't be transfered like Scott says then the Buyer technically would own anything would he?

Well maybe the domain he would own, but not legal rights to the content

So maybe he should wait to sell the script like he is supposed to,

Other wise the old owner (seller) could legally just take it back, becuase it legal is in his name

If Scott wanted people to exploit his script, I am sure he would do it himself

The script cannot be sold or transfered for 30 days
