Did you got money from sedo by international wire transfer?

Fees for receiving a wire is what I meant to write ... from the States to say the U.K.

Yes the fees for receiving the wire are what I was referring to above. We get charged as well.
 
To make matters worse, for international transfers many banks use intermediate banks that can also tack on fees. In fact the bank I use for wire transfers themselves charge no fees for incoming or outgoing wires but in the case of international wires there would be fees due to the intermediate banks.
 
When I was in UK my bank charged me about $10 for receiving a wire but this did not always happened.
I think there an option when sending one so you can pay for all fees involved. Sending and receiving. I will try and find out.
I have the suspision that it was father's fault I got charged with the $10. When I got money from my mother it was always exactly what she send me.
 
money to down under here is NO problem
