(just guessing) possibly worth up to high $x,xxx to reseller looking for decent-paying clicks from search traffic - should be worth a good amount to the right end user, not unreasonable to look for mid $xx,xxx from a disability law firm looking for a strong web presence.
mid $$$ IMO, very long..most other TLDs are still available, including the .org which is actually a good match for this topic..good cpcs maybe if developed, but undeveloped for a reseller I cant see the prices that high...
